Step 3: There are two spray nozzles provided with the
Ionizer. One fits a stem top can. One fits a hole top can.
Choose the appropriate nozzle. |
|
Step 4: Install the spray nozzle facing away from
you. It's normal for a burst of air to be released during this
step. Press it down quickly to set it in place. |
|
Step 5: Position the air ionizer trigger mechanism over the
spray nozzle. |
|
Step 6: Place the nose tip of the trigger mechanism into
the crimp of the can and lower the back portion until it pops into
place. This may require a little force. |

Step 7: Rotate the trigger mechanism on the can until the
hole in the spray nozzle is aligned with the gap. |
|
Step 8: The pin should sit directly above the hole in the
nozzle. When the trigger is squeezed, the pin will be lowered in
front of the air flow and the air will flow around it. |
|
Step 9: The pin becomes charged during use. A red
light comes on to indicate this. As the air flows around the pin,
it adds ions to the air stream. These ions neutralize any charge
on the surface of the glass or acrylic. |
|
Step 10: Attach the clamp to the lower portion of the can. |

Step 11: With the clamp attached, the can will stand
balanced.

|
Step 12: Place a battery in the compartment on top of the
ionizer. |
|
Step 13: When you squeeze the trigger, the Ionizer produces
and adds ions to the air stream. |
|
Step 14: These ions neutralize any charge on the surface to
which they are directed, allowing the air stream to easily remove dust
particles. |
