To achieve a perfectly flat, firm mount, you will need to coat the back of the artwork with an adhesive applied in a thin, uniform coat. The process is called "Cold Mounting" and it can be accomplished with any of the items listed below. Also, find tape and adhesive for mounting here. Use adhesive transfer tape to assemble double mats or attach the dust cover to the back of a frame. Use hinging tape to mount artwork by taping it to the mat or backing board.
