Those who want to start making their own picture frames in a studio, workshop or small business.  The manual miter saw with fence extension provides great accuracy in cutting frames but is a step below a Power Saw-Fence Extension in terms of speed and ease-of-use.  This package is good for someone making a few frames a week.  Those making more should consider the Premium Frame Making Package.
