Guidelines for Ordering 32x40 Foam Board
- When ordering 32x40 foam board of any type you must order a carton (25 sheets) of that type. When ordering foam board mixed with mat board you may order much less. NOTE: You may order foam board in smaller quantities and without mixing it with mat board when ordering 20"x32" sheets.
- To mix 32x40 foam board with mat board you must order at least three sheets of mat board and you must fill a carton that has been designed to hold 12 sheets of mat board. Here's how...
- For every sheet of 1/8" thick foam board you may subtract two sheets of mat board from the 12 sheet matboard minimum.
- For every sheet of 3/16" thick foam board you may subtract four sheets of mat board from the 12 sheet
matboard minimum.
- Example: 3 sheets of 1/8" foam board and 3 sheets of mat board meets the minimum.
- Example: 2 sheets of 3/16" foam board and 4 sheets of mat board meets the minimum.
- You may order more than the minimums, but not less.
- Exception: When ordering self-adhesive foamboard you may order a minimum of 7 sheets without including matboard.
Guidelines for Ordering 20x32 Foam Board
- 20x32 foam board can only be ordered in package quantities and cannot be mixed with mat board.
- A package of 3/16" thick foam board is (6) 20x32 boards.
- A package of 1/8" thick foam board is (9) 20x32 boards.
