A 20" space saving mat cutting system. Handles matboard up to 16" x 20". Small 12" x 23" system doesn't require much space -- perfect for small studios. Includes parallel mat guide for setting border widths up to 5", straight cutting head, and bevel cutting head. Includes instructions and five extra blades. Strictly a mat cutter for cutting windows, not effective as a tool for sizing sheets of mat board to size. Uses #270 blades.
