Chicago Power Saw Package Blade Installation

In order to cut picture frames you will have to change the blade in the saw to the 80 tooth blade provided.

Start by removing the cover bolt using the socket wrench provided.

Now remove the cover screw using the T-20 star wrench provided.

To unscrew the bolt holding the blade you will have to press the "spindle lock button" to lock the blade in place.

With blade locked unscrew the bolt by turning it clockwise.

Remove guard and remove blade.

Now place the new 80 tooth blade in and replace screws and bolts making sure everything is tight to prevent the blade from moving out of place.
